Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice inside the parcel.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our quality control team receives and approves your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days.
